Ensure accurate payroll accounting and balance sheet integrity. Support financial close with reliable data and timely resolution of reconciling items. Maintain strong controls and audit readiness. Collaborate with stakeholders and drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

• Perform payroll accounting and finance operations in accordance with established processes, service level agreements (SLAs), accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Record, validate, and analyze payroll-related transactions, including salaries and benefits, ensuring accuracy and completeness of postings.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for payroll-related accounts (e.g., accruals, employee receivables, prepayments, and liabilities) and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Support financial close activities (month-end and quarter-end), including accruals, reclassifications, and variance analysis related to payroll and balance sheet accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between payroll systems and financial records, coordinating with payroll, HR, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of reconciliations and journal entries for audit and compliance requirements (e.g., BlackLine support).
• Drive timely clearance and aging of outstanding items, ensuring compliance with balance sheet substantiation and certification requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization and automation opportunities within payroll accounting and reconciliation processes.
• Provide operational reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to stakeholders on payroll costs, balance sheet movements, and reconciliation status.
