Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (cash, card, e-wallet) using POS systems
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately
- Ensure correct pricing and billing of items
- Maintain and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns
- Assist in bagging items and ensuring a smooth checkout process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor
- Follow company policies on cash handling and security
- Support store operations when needed (e.g., restocking, assisting customers)
