CLAIMS INVESTIGATOR/CLAIMS ARBITRATION SUPERVISOR is responsible for overseeing arbitration processes related to disputed insurance claims. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, manages a team of arbitration specialists, and works collaboratively with legal, claims adjusters, and external arbitrators to facilitate fair and efficient resolution of claim disputes and with constant communication with the senior professionals in China, Taiwan and other Mandarin speaking counterpart and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the claim arbitration team to ensure timely and accurate handling of arbitration cases.
- Review and assess claims files to determine eligibility and appropriateness for arbitration.
- Collect and review documentation such as medical records, police reports, financial records, and surveillance footage.
- Analyze trends in arbitration decisions and recommend improvements to claims practices.
- Maintain records and generate reports for senior management on arbitration outcomes, costs, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Law, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (required).
