JOB DESCRIPTION :
Promote the shipping lines services to clients, freight forwarders, and business partnersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Generate sales leads and secure new shipping accounts
Prepare quotations, service proposals, and shipping rate offers
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams regarding bookings and cargo schedules
Monitor shipment requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market survey and reseach competitor activities and freight trends
Attend client meetings, and other shipping events.
Prepare weekly reports, customer feedback reports, and performance updates
Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases
Support collection follow-ups and account management when necessary
Achieve monthly target settings by TPE.
Create and update daily booking reportsConfirmed e-bookings request by shippers.
Send updated lifting report.
Apply and maintain ocean freight on time.
Arrange special t/s
Apply DG application for DG cargo
