Job Summary:
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supporting sales targets, and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service aligned with KIKO Milano standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Lead, motivate, and guide Beauty Advisors on the floor
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor product displays, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and mall/store regulations
- Assist Store Manager in reporting and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
- With at least 1–2 years experience in retail or cosmetics industry
- With supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales-driven and customer-oriented
- Knowledge or interest in beauty and makeup is a plus
