Operations manager

Job Description

• Responsible for focusing on developing and building partnerships to ensure operational improvements and development, ultimately driving growth and enhancing the end-customer experience Responsibilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including algorithms, data analysis, product, commercial, settlement, GNE and operations to accurately identify core opportunities in logistics planning, facility layout, routing optimization, and logistics partner management to deliver solid results.
• Develop a systematic logistics planning methodology and promote its standardized implementation to achieve core business objectives such as cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and service quality enhancement.
• Evaluate the operational impact of service provider partnerships, conduct in-depth diagnosis of pain points in the existing logistics operations, propose and implement optimization solutions, and build a win-win cooperation model between service providers and the company.
• Gain in-depth insights into market strategies, ensure that logistics solutions are highly aligned with the goals of core internal and external stakeholders, and support the implementation of business strategies.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics planning and operations for e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in English is Mandatory
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate, express, and socialize in Chinese without barriers to manage Chinese partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-team goal alignment.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong collaboration skills and cross-team influence.
• Outstanding logical reasoning and data analysis capabilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
