- Resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage incidents and service requests
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level teams
- Support system access and collaboration tools
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- 12+ months of IT support experience preferred
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy) and ITIL processes
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and VPN
- Strong Clinical/Healthcare background
- Relevant Service Desk experience
- Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 proficiency level)
- Must be amenable to client and program requirements
