Job Description:

  • Resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage incidents and service requests
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level teams
  • Support system access and collaboration tools

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • 12+ months of IT support experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy) and ITIL processes
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and VPN
  • Strong Clinical/Healthcare background
  • Relevant Service Desk experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 proficiency level)
  • Must be amenable to client and program requirements
