About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join our thriving BG BROS PHARMACY INC' team in Tarlac Central Luzon. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of our organisation.

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our Real Estate & Property business.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating and prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Real Estate & Property Administration industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a keen eye for detail
