The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day steel manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and proper utilization of plant equipment. The role requires hands-on expertise in steel production processes, machinery operations, and workflow optimization, as well as familiarity with company-specific systems and operational standards.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of technical training and extensive experience in steel manufacturing operations
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in steel production, plant operations, or heavy manufacturing supervision
- Proven experience in steel production processes, plant machinery, and equipment operation in similar industrial facilities
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and production management skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin preferred to support coordination with foreign technical personnel
