Job Summary

We are looking for a licensed Agricultural or Biosystems Engineer to support farm operations through system improvement, facility optimization, and technical oversight. This role ensures that agricultural equipment, utilities, and infrastructure operate efficiently to support production requirements and farm performance.

• Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering or Biosystems Engineering
• Licensed Agricultural or Biosystems Engineer
• With farm or plant operations experience
• Knowledgeable in irrigation systems, utilities, ventilation, and agricultural facility maintenance
• Skilled in project planning, troubleshooting, and process improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of preparing technical reports
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Willing to be assigned in Bukidnon

• Manage repair, maintenance, and improvement of agricultural systems, farm utilities, and equipment
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and equipment reliability
• Oversee proper operation of water, ventilation, and waste management systems
• Assist in planning, design, and execution of farm infrastructure projects
• Prepare reports and collaborate with farm supervisors and management to support operational goals
