Assistant Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing team and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and day-to-day activities. This role will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and operational efficiency.

• Report directly to the President/General Manager and ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks and directives
• Assist in managing daily marketing operations, including coordinating team activities, tracking timelines, and supporting project implementation
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, including advertising initiatives and media placements
• Collaborate with graphic designers and creative partners in producing marketing materials, collaterals, and content
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, competitor activity, and industry trends
• Prepare reports on marketing performance, budgets, and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations
• Support digital marketing efforts across social media, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce platforms
• Assist in coordinating public relations activities, partnerships, and word-of-mouth campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials
• Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives and provide below-the-line (BTL) support
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, to ensure synchronized execution of marketing activities
• Monitor marketing budgets and help optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI)
• Participate in special projects and provide administrative and operational support as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
