OPERATIONS STAFF
  1. Provide support in airport-related guest services such as transportation arrangements, flight monitoring, and documentation assistance
  2. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, transport) to ensure guest satisfaction
  3. Assist in the check-in and check-out process, ensuring smooth and efficient service for all guests
  4. Maintain accurate records of operational activities and submit reports as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Operations Management, or any related field is preferred
  2. Proven experience in an administrative or operations within the hospitality or travel industry is advantage
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
  4. Familiarity with basic logistics or inventory management is a plus
  5. Willing to work 6 days a week
  6. Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle guest concerns professionally
