OPERATIONS STAFF- Provide support in airport-related guest services such as transportation arrangements, flight monitoring, and documentation assistance
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, transport) to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist in the check-in and check-out process, ensuring smooth and efficient service for all guests
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and submit reports as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Operations Management, or any related field is preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations within the hospitality or travel industry is advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Familiarity with basic logistics or inventory management is a plus
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to handle guest concerns professionally
