The role of the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to enable the Property Management Office manage the day-to-day activities which include maintaining Unit Owner / Tenant accounts, compiling information and analyzing data and helps coordinate work activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Has Bachelor's/ College Degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an Admin
  • Highly organized and keen attention to details
  • Can work independently or with others in a team
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Can multi-task, prioritize and deadline-conscious
  • Can work and manage pressure
  • Can start ASAP
TASKS
  • Responsible for providing a variety of clerical an administrative duties to enable the Property Management office manage the day-to-day activities which include maintaining Unit Owner / Tenant Accounts, compiling information and analyzing data and helps coordinate work activities.
  • Handle administrative request and quires.
  • Inventory and Monitoring of facilities and logistics.
  • Provide support to managers and employees.
  • Assist in daily office needs.
  • responds to all customer concerns.
  • Ensure completeness of LGU Permits and other regulatory compliance of the Admin Office.
  • and all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
