IT Applications Consultant

Responsible for working closely with the company’s IT solutions, providing expertise and guidance on the proper process and usage of the systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions that meet business requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Perform system integration testing, resolve defects, and provide technical support during user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions across various business functions.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document technical specifications, configuration changes, and system enhancements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of IT-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Guide and train end users on SAP processes/ functions, and other IT applications.
• Stay updated with industry best practices to recommend improvements and optimize system performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, accounting or related field.
• Experience of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, is a plus.
• Preferably with Project Management experience.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in implementation of various IT application projects is highly desirable.
• Willing to work on-site (Makati).
