Job Overview

The Account & Relationship Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, strengthening relationships, and driving long-term revenue growth through retention, upselling, and excellent customer experience.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain assigned client accounts

  • Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
  • Organized and able to manage multiple accounts
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or SaaS is a plus
