Franchising Assistant
Job Description:
The Franchising Assistant's basic function are the following:
- recording of all franchising request from the brokers, agents. BDOs and employees.
- recording of all called-in/online requests from clients and
- evaluation of franchise request forms before endorsing the same to the screening Group.
This is given to the Franchising Specialist or Supervisor for confirmation of disapproval in the database and release of notice to the franchise applicant.
The Franchising Assistant should ensure that all pertinent details on the account being franchised are noted down on the space provided for the Franchising Group. These details form part of the Screening Group's decision whether to recommend to approval or not.Further, these become helpful to the Marketing Assistants/BDOs who prepare proposal as these prompts them to refer to previous proposals' rates for comparison. On the other hand, although the franchising Assistant is the first user of the franchising database his/her username never appear in the "Released" box.
Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate preferably of a Business Course
- Experience in dealing with brokers/ agents is an advantage.
Job Competencies:
- Ability to work with a tight schedule
- Ability to adapt to new/additional work with brief instructions
- Ability to get along with different kinds of people
- Keen in noting down minor details of every franchise request
Work-related Skills:
- Computer literate-MS word and Excel.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Punctual, dependable, trustworthy, resourceful, cooperative, hardworking.
- Willing to work overtime, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, if necessary
