TBM Project Manager- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Earth Pressure Balance Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM-EPB) operations within project timelines and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and TBM crew to ensure smooth daily operations and safety compliance
- Monitor project performance, TBM parameters, productivity, and ground conditions to ensure alignment with design and technical requirements
- Prepare progress reports, manage risks, and implement corrective actions for technical or operational issues during tunneling activities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, client specifications, and health & safety protocols throughout the tunneling project
Qualifications/Requirements
TBM Project Manager Qualifications- Proficient in both spoken Indonesian and English
- At least 10 years of experience in tunnel construction projects, preferably using TBM methods
- Strong knowledge of TBM operations, ground behavior, and tunneling support systems
- Proven leadership and coordination skills in managing multidisciplinary teams on-site
- Familiarity with international tunneling standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings, TBM data logs, and progress reports using MS Office and engineering software
