About the role

As a Project Manager (Commercial Sales) at Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc., you will play a vital role in driving the company's strategic initiatives within the commercial operations.

1. Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of commercial and finance-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
3. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
4. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
5. Ensure effective change management and provide support to teams during implementation
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices
7. Analyze data, provide insights, and make recommendations to drive business decisions
8. Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

1. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the commercial or finance domains
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
4. Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making
5. Experience in implementing process improvements and driving change
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
7. PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
