Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Easy Account | No Mock Call

Salary Package: PHP 22,000 – PHP 26,000 + Potential Increase

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for an easy and non-toxic account. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a smooth hiring process and a supportive work environment, with no mock call assessment required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account concerns
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience
• Document interactions and update records in the system
• Meet performance and quality standards set by the company

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate (College level or graduate preferred)
• With or without BPO experience (experience is an advantage)
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu
• Open to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
