Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns through phone, email, or chat support.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about services, processes, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining excellent customer service
- Document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system
- Escalate unresolved or complex concerns when necessary
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on systems, processes, and customer service best practices
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
