As a Due Diligence Analyst, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end KYC onboarding, client due diligence, screening, and ongoing monitoring activities in line with AML policies and regulatory requirements. You will support global business operations, primarily across APAC, while working closely with internal stakeholders and clients throughout onboarding and periodic review processes.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of KYC/AML experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-starter with strong initiative

- Ability to manage priorities, competing demands, and tight deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of KYC and AML, particularly onboarding entities across different jurisdictions and risk levels

- Responsible for onboarding entities in line with AML policy requirements
- Prepare KYC files and update customer database (CDD/EDD)
- Conduct open-source research and review documents from new and existing clients
- Prepare ownership and control structure details for each client record
- Perform client screening and ongoing monitoring via WorldCheck
- Prepare risk assessments for potential or positive screening matches
- Conduct quality control checks on peers' cases
- Manage workload with competing priorities and stakeholders
- Perform periodic reviews and update internal procedure documents
- Maintain awareness of AML/CTF regulations and upcoming regulatory changes
- Understand transactions being onboarded and escalate cases not aligned with company policy
