Job Description:
As an integral member of our remote team, you will support our marketing e orts by delivering high-quality, purposeful design. This role is well-suited for professionals with mid-level experience who
Work independently and are comfortable aligning their designs with wider marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce visual assets for a range of channels, including social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, and marketing collateral.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to achieve campaign goals and contribute to supporting them.
- Assist with designing and updating the One Agency intranet using Wix to ensure a cohesive and appealing online presence.
- Help maintain brand standards, ensuring that all assets adhere to established guidelines and reflect on our identity.
- Assist with additional basic marketing activities as needed, such as coordinating campaigns, managing content updates, or compiling marketing reports.
Qualification and requirements:
- A portfolio that demonstrates experience with marketing-related design projects and highlights your ability to create effective, engaging visuals.
- At least some hands-on experience designing or updating content within the Wix environment.
- A grasp of basic marketing concepts and consumer behavior.
- Capable of organising your workflow, meeting regular deadlines, and delivering consistent quality with limited supervision.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication to explain design choices and work collaboratively across teams.
- Able to address design challenges and contribute creative solutions that advance project goals.
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Strong skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
