We are currently looking for below position:
Position Title: Plant SupervisorIndustry: Printing and Packaging (Triangle Holdings System Corporation)
Location: Montview II, Carmona Cavite, Maguyam road
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field is often preferred or any relevant courses but with experienced as Plant Supervisor in Manufacturing set-up.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is a must.
- Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is also beneficial.
- Certifications: Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines, such as CAT, HACCP, AIB, HAACP, SCADA, PLC, GE, WW, MRPT, EPA, is often required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
- Data-driven and highly organized mindset.
