Job Description
- Repair, maintain, and monitor the inventory of tools and spare parts required for the timely repair and upkeep of all production machinery.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and programs tailored to the operational requirements of production equipment.
- Coordinate with the Production Planner and Production Supervisor to establish and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance reports needed to to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented procedures and programs, as required by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Manufacturing Head.
- Create and update machine history cards and maintenance log sheets to accurately track all maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor in preparing cost estimates, project timelines, and budget requirements for maintenance activities and initiatives.
- Practices 5S standards in the workplace to promote safety, efficiency, and organization.
- Upholds and protects the company’s image, values, and reputation at all times.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
