Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) for Property Management to provide administrative and operational support to our property management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to handle various property-related tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management or as a virtual assistant.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio, or similar).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with local rental laws and regulations is a plus.
- Experience working with residential or commercial properties.
- Knowledge of marketing platforms for rental listings.
- Basic understanding of financial processes, including budgeting and bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property-related emails and communications.
- Create and post property listings on multiple platforms.
- Maintain organized records of leases, agreements, and documents.
- Track and document property expenses and revenues.
