Promotions Planning Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensures all promotions are executed and fulfilled on time and in full
Coordinates with Buying team for all promotions related concerns
Consistently improve the promotions process across all involved customers
Analyze sales data to determine which promotions and products are successful in the market
Maintain promotions calendar with the Marketing team for efficient planning and execution of all promotions
Maintain close working relationship between all internal customers in the promotions process
Provide analysis for all promotions and provide recommendations for future campaigns
Closely coordinate with IT and Operations to make sure that all promotions are executed on time
Communicate with the Merchandise Planning team to secure stocks availability of all promotional items across all stores
Provide support and guidance across all team members in order to achieve department goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least College Graduate in any business-related field
At least 4 years of experience in retail, FMCG exposure is an advantage
Preferably with a background in the RELEX system.
Experience in pricing is an advantage, including price setting, margin analysis, promotional planning, and the use of data to support pricing decisions.
