Category Demand Planning Manager - Libis QC

The role is responsible for forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management for the assigned product category, ensuring optimal stock availability aligned with planogram and business requirements. This position plays a key role in driving forecasting accuracy, supplier performance, and inventory efficiency while working closely with Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.

• Lead demand planning and forecasting activities, driving forecast accuracy and alignment with financial plans and key supply chain KPIs.
• Manage new product launches by setting store‑level inventory targets and ensuring stock availability ahead of launch dates.
• Oversee purchase order and supply coordination, monitoring supplier service levels, delivery performance, and capacity constraints.
• Optimize inventory levels to support store fill rates, manage risks such as excess, slow‑moving stock, and prevent shrinkage or losses.
• Partner closely with vendors through forecast sharing, promotions alignment, business reviews, and joint planning to improve product availability.

• Strong computer literacy

• Well‑organized with strong planning and time‑management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mathematics
• 3–4 years of relevant Supply Chain experience, preferably in planning or inventory management
• Willing to be assigned at Head Office (Libis, Quezon City)
• Willing to travel as needed
