PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN (PCP)

• Provide medical knowledge and clinical perspective to guide innovation projects.
• Identify current gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in healthcare delivery.
• Ensure patient safety and ethical standards are integrated into all innovation initiatives.

• Participate in the evaluation and pilot testing of new medical technologies, digital health tools, and care models.
• Collaborate with researchers, data analysts, and IT specialists to design evidence-based solutions.
• Contribute to publishing findings, white papers, or case studies on healthcare innovations.

• Work with cross-functional teams (clinicians, nurses, IT, operations, and business leaders) to co-create solutions.
• Support the development of protocols, workflows, and guidelines for implementing innovations.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align innovations with organizational goals.

• Serve as a clinical advocate for innovative practices within the organization.
• Train and mentor staff on the adoption of new tools, systems, or models of care.
• Stay updated on global trends in healthcare innovation, digital health, and medical technology.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent, with active PRC license.
• Must be an Accredited PhilHealth Care Professional / YAKAP/KONSULTA.
• Experience in Community Health or LGU-Based practice is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, people-management and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, digital health solutions, or process improvement methodologies (preferred).
• Strong interest or background in healthcare innovation, medical technology, or research.
• Willing to be assigned as the Head of Facility
