QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of experience as a QA Associate or 1 year of experience in a Supervisory/Team Lead role
- Experience with a Content Moderation platform/industry is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective feedback and training delivery
- Proficient in MS Office and quality assurance tools/software
