- You'll test simple features, learn to write clear bug reports, and ask questions to grow. With support from your team, you'll begin understanding what makes a product truly reliable and user-friendly. This is your first step toward building better, more seamless experiences.
- Experience: Typically 1–3 years of experience in an Software QA Testing role.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical thoughts clearly and concisely.
- Manual Testing:
- Ability to manage and execute tests using the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with various testing types: functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and E2E.
- Proficiency in the defect management lifecycle.
- Methodology: Practical knowledge or experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Automation: Entry to mid-level proficiency.
- Testing Tools: (Experience with or a strong willingness to learn):
- JIRA, Zephyr, Figma, and Confluence.
- Postman (for API testing).
- Playwright.
- Soft Skills: Assertive communicator, enthusiastic learner, accountability-driven, and proactive in seeking feedback for professional growth.
- Certification: ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
- Automation: Direct exposure to automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium.
- API Testing: Hands-on experience with API testing.
- Domain Knowledge: Previous experience with HR, Payroll, or Accounting products and services.
- Specialized Testing: Experience with Performance and/or Accessibility testing.
