Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Food Ingredients business.
- Drive revenue growth through effective management of key accounts and acquisition of new customers.
- Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and growth areas across food manufacturing sectors.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets, profitability objectives, and business KPIs.
- Lead strategic negotiations with major customers and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with large food manufacturing customers.
- Develop account growth plans to increase wallet share and cross-selling opportunities.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customer partnerships.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and long-term client retention.
- Drive new business opportunities across food ingredients and specialty ingredient categories.
- Collaborate with technical, R&D, and supplier partners to introduce innovative solutions to the market.
- Identify emerging trends and customer needs to develop growth initiatives.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with principals, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales and business development team.
- Set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability across the organization.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends through regular reporting and analysis.
- Implement sales processes and best practices to improve team productivity and commercial effectiveness.
- Provide regular business reviews and market insights to senior management.
- Work closely with Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver business objectives.
- Support product launches, commercial projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements, supplier capabilities, and internal resources.

Education- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate studies is an advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within the food ingredients, food manufacturing, flavors, specialty ingredients, or related B2B industries.
- At least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role managing teams and key customer relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth, market expansion, and business development success.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen.
- Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience managing supplier and principal relationships.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and commercial planning skills.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
