Program Consultant for Prime Math (NCR Based) - Manila

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Consultant to join our team at Scholastic Philippines Inc.'s National Capital Region (NCR). As a Program Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation and growth of our Prime Math program, a comprehensive mathematics curriculum for primary schools.This is a full-time position based in the NCR.
What you'll be doing- Engaging with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to understand their educational needs and objectives
- Providing consultative support in the implementation of the Prime Math program, including training, ongoing coaching, and progress monitoring
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the reach of the Prime Math program
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in mathematics education
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Prime Math program by providing feedback and insights
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and fostering new partnerships
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Math, Math Education, or other related fields
- Has a minimum of 3 years classroom experience in teaching Mathematics, preferably in the primary education sector. Exposure to and experience in international math curriculum and approaches is preferred
- Has sufficient knowledge of technology to accomplish tasks with different computer applications (word processing, presentation tools, spreadsheets, etc.) and comfortable collaborating through online means
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development
- Passion for educational development and a commitment to improving learning outcomes for students
- Willingness to travel within the NCR to support client schools
