About the role

We are seeking an experienced Courier/Motorized Rider to join our dynamic team at ABest Express Inc. in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Courier/Motorized Rider, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced courier and delivery services, ensuring the timely and efficient transportation of packages to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate a motorcycle to transport and deliver packages to customers within the assigned delivery area
Collect packages from our distribution centre and sort them according to delivery routes
Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers, obtaining signatures, and resolving any delivery-related issues
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including package tracking information
Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road
Assist with other courier and logistics-related tasks as needed

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience as a courier or motorized rider in the courier/logistics industry
Valid driver's license and experience operating a motorcycle safely
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries
Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 kg
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping
