Sales Account Associate

Keeps immediate superior promptly informed of all sales concerns, client issues, and unusual matters of significance
- Performs duties and responsibilities efficiently in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
- Maintains accurate sales records, reports, and client files for monitoring and evaluation purposes
- Maintains a professional and harmonious working relationship with all hotel employees and departments
- Stays updated on hotel products, services, promotions, and market trends
- Performs other duties and tasks assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
- Assists in achieving sales targets through active solicitation of corporate accounts, group bookings, and potential clients
- Conducts sales calls, client visits, and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities
- Maintains and develops good relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Assists in preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales documents
- Handles inquiries, reservations endorsements, and booking coordination for clients and groups
- Coordinates client requirements with concerned hotel departments to ensure smooth event and room arrangements
- Monitors booked accounts and follows up on confirmations, payments, and contract requirements
- Assists in monitoring room blocks, function spaces, and event schedules
- Supports the implementation of sales and marketing programs and promotional activities
- Assists in gathering market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Helps promote hotel facilities, rooms, banquet services, and special packages to clients
- Ensures prompt, courteous, and professional communication with clients and guests
- Responds to client concerns, requests, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinates with operational departments to ensure client expectations and service requirements are met
- Assists in maintaining long-term client relationships to support customer retention
- Prepares accurate sales reports, account updates, call reports, and booking forecasts as required
- Maintains updated client database and sales files
- Assists in monitoring sales performance and business sources
