Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO, Social Media & Web)

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the online presence of multiple mission-driven brands that support individuals rebuilding their lives after addiction recovery or incarceration.

In this role, you’ll manage social media, SEO, and websites to grow audiences, boost engagement, and support meaningful business conversions. This position blends creativity, strategy, and technical skills — all while contributing to a greater purpose: helping people get a second chance at life.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple brands (primarily Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage online community engagement (comments, DMs, reviews).
• Align content with each brand’s unique identity while highlighting the shared mission.

• Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve rankings.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and blogs for search visibility.
• Manage website updates (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
• Monitor site performance and recommend improvements.

• Develop campaigns that balance promotions with storytelling and mission-driven content.
• Support conversions (bookings, reservations, purchases, inquiries).
• Collaborate with leadership to unify messaging across all brands.

• Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, traffic, and conversions.
• Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing (SEO, social media, and web management).
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and SEO best practices.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
• Excellent English writing skills for content creation and storytelling.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, SEO tools).
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining quality.
