Expert, Global Facilities and Engineering
The Position
Help create an environment where people can work safely, securely, and with confidence. As the Expert, Global Facilities and Engineering, this role provides leadership in the efficient and effective implementation of Global Facilities and Engineering (GFE), Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHS&S) principles, aligned with organizational objectives and employee needs.Through strong governance and collaboration, you will help sustain a high‑quality, compliant, and resilient workplace that supports long‑term business success.
This role requires daily onsite presence in our Alabang office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and enforce security standards, policies, procedures, SOPs, and guidelines related to GFE, EHS, and Security
- Coordinate the development and deployment of Group GFE/EHS policies, best practices, and local regulatory requirements
- Develop, conduct, and support governmental reviews, internal corporate evaluations, and assessments of the effectiveness of facility and personnel security
- Promote GFE/EHS activities to increase awareness and understanding across all functions
- Oversee office developmental and structural changes (renovations, refurbishments, improvements, installation of furniture, etc.)
- Drive the effectiveness and renewal of necessary licenses and permits
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections; recommend and implement maintenance, mechanical, and electrical improvements
- Effectively manage security, reception, and utilities personnel
- Handle procurement and contract management of GFE‑related needs and vendors
About Our Future Employee:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Office Management, or any related course
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management (BPO or Shared Services)
- DOLE‑certified Safety Officer 3 with updated trainings is a plus
- Experience in leading projects and managing stakeholders
- Good command of the English language
- Excellent communication, intercultural, time‑management, and prioritization skills
- Strong customer mindset with high service orientation and proactivity
- Able and willing to work daily onsite in our Alabang office
