Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and encode AP vouchers in the accounting system
- Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of Acknowledgement Receipts (AR)
- Monitor and deposit AR collections on time
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Check and review working fund replenishment and supplier fuel billings
- Follow up liquidation of cash advances
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BSBA Financial Management, BS Management Accounting, or any related course
- At least 1 year of experience as an Accounting Assistant
- Bonus points if you have experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge in General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is an advantage
- Preferably residing in or near Cubao, QC
- With almost complete employment requirements
- Willing to start immediately
Work Location:
3rd Floor, The Regalia Corporate Center, 150 P. Tuazon Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City (in front of STI Cubao)
