We're looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and guide a dynamic team of creatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about content, strategy, leadership, and delivering impactful results.- What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the social media team to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of content.
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across various platforms.
- Create, schedule, and analyze content that aligns with brand goals and audience interests.
- Oversee the quality and consistency of creative output
Monitor trends and performance to optimize campaigns and boost engagement.
✅ What We're Looking For:
- 3 or more years of proven experience in managing social media platforms (team management experience is a plus!)
- Strong eye for design; experience with Canva is required, Photoshop is a bonus
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh, engaging content
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset
- Must have a reliable computer and a stable internet connection
