1. Receive and make calls to client of observe unauthorized person/on site.
2. Monitor/view the live cameras with in monitoring schedule
3. Dispatch appropriate authorities.
4. Keep Central Monitoring Station records up to date.
5. Make monthly reports as maybe assigned by supervisor.
6. Do the hourly monitoring of the monitored cameras
7. Check and do e-mails to clients

1. Process all incoming alarm & trouble signals. Handles customer inquiries/requests
2. Dispatch appropriate authorities
3. Help ensure security of office and building premises at all times. Help maintain the good condition of back-up power supply (generator). And help monitor the status of wired and wireless servers.
4. Help maintain office CMS/VIS station cleanliness.
5. Handles internal customers (technician/installers during clients visit and Installations). Assist the Shift In-Charge/Supervisor to ensure CMS is in normal operation.
6. Do on month call on re-installed and relocated various accounts. Do customer service after new installation with the customer. And Provide monthly reports

on various accounts (false alarms)/Monthly Police/BFP Dispatch Summary

and other internal reports needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : -

• Female / Male –
• At least 2nd Year College Level or Graduate of any course
• Team player, trainable, and able to remain calm under pressure –
• With customer service work related experience is a plus –
• Computer literate with average typing skills
• Good in verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays –
• Possesses high regard for confidentiality and professionalism
