Sales Engineer - Manila

Job Descriptions:

• Customer Acquisition and Project Development
• With experience in dealing with boilers and power & steam generating sets or equipment related to boiler plants
• Check directed inquiries on completeness of necessary data and information's required to pre-qualify inquiry for further processing.
• If an enquired process or product not in existing standard program, check and conduct research for the product or process technology.
• Contact with available product or process providers that are well-known and has proven record on their respective process or equipment.
• Evaluate all equipment process of providers based on each company track record and performance based on equipment or licensees internationally.
• Negotiate equipment or process packages to prepare budget for customer.
• Submit budget offer and recheck customer's requirement if in line with the offer, with objective of eventually making a sale.
• Identify and assess environment impact aspects and safety risk hazard
• Communicate safety hazard and risk, environment aspects and impacts according to the work.
• Determine and monitor implementation of operational controls based on safety risk and impact assessment.
• Carrying out communication related safety policies, targets, program, controls to internal dan interested parties in accordance with communication, consultation and participation programs.
• Supervise operational control in the workplace including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Contractors, Permits, mechanical and manual handling, LOTO System, etc.
• Contribute as necessary to the accident investigation team.
• Identifying legal and other requirements related to safety and communicating them to relevant parties.
• Collaborate with HSE and Sales in preparing HSE Plan
