About the role

Stealth Global Marketing Solutions Inc.' is seeking a talented Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Panglao Bohol. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction and driving revenue growth for the business.

• Proactively identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Conducting needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their unique challenges and requirements
• Presenting tailored solutions and proposals that align with client goals and deliver measurable results
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals in a professional and consultative manner
• Maintaining and growing existing client relationships through regular communication and proactive account management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences
• Accurately forecasting sales and contributing to the overall revenue targets of the organisation

• Atleast 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably within the Hotel industry
• Fresh Graduate are also welcome
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client situations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field related to Business Management
