Job Overview

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Encoder (PDF) to support our back-office operations.

This role focuses on encoding and processing data from handwritten PDFs and forms, as well as retrieving application statuses from multiple online systems. Accuracy, consistency, and speed are essential for success in this role.

• Encode and transcribe key information from handwritten PDFs, scanned forms, and documents into digital formats
• Search for, retrieve, and download application status updates from various state websites and online portals
• Ensure all encoded data is accurate, complete, and properly formatted
• Organize, update, and maintain digital files and records systematically
• Perform general administrative and data processing tasks as needed
• Handle repetitive, process-driven tasks with a high level of attention to detail

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or back-office roles
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PDF tools (Adobe reader etc...)
• Comfortable navigating multiple websites and systems simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willing to work fully onsite in Makati
• Willing to work night shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH Time)
• Must be available to start in mid-April

• Experience in document processing, data verification, or encoding roles
• Background in high-volume, repetitive, process-driven environments
• Experience in BPO, healthcare, or administrative support is a plus
