- Design, develop, and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s business objectives and growth across global and Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Lead talent planning initiatives including succession planning, organizational design, and workforce capability assessments.
- Partner with business leaders to manage organizational change, transformation, and employee engagement programs.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters such as culture, leadership development, and organizational performance.
- Use HR data and metrics to drive insights and guide decision-making processes regarding workforce trends and business alignment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with global and Chinese labor laws and HR practices
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
