POSITION TITLE: HR STRATEGY MANAGER

Design, develop, and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s business objectives and growth across global and Mandarin-speaking regions.
Lead talent planning initiatives including succession planning, organizational design, and workforce capability assessments.
Partner with business leaders to manage organizational change, transformation, and employee engagement programs.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters such as culture, leadership development, and organizational performance.
Use HR data and metrics to drive insights and guide decision-making processes regarding workforce trends and business alignment.

Qualifications/Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written)
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple cross-functional teams
Familiarity with global and Chinese labor laws and HR practices
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
