Operations Manager (Shared Services) - Makati

Responsibilities:

• Managerial operational oversight of new or existing accounts as needed and as identified by direct superior.
• Overall support to clients, both external (customers) and internal (sales agents/upper management) with the end goal of improving business relationships and maintaining/increasing business opportunities.
• Direct management of Project Management/Transitions activities from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring up until projects are controlled and completed for hand over to day to day operations, including creation of presentations and proposal/service agreement review.

• Excellent Operations Management skills – Able to handle day to day operations’ output consistently, meet or exceed operational outcomes, metrics and targets.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to determine and develop business opportunities

• Project Management skills – keeping transitions timelines, hiring, training, transitions activities
• Knowledge and use of MS Office programs
• Drafting and creating presentations and proposal
• Critical thinking, coordinating, data management and time management skills in a dynamic, fast- paced work environment
• Ability to handle or prepare quotations, service agreements, billing and the like, as required
• Integrity and above average attendance

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Finance or other Business-related courses;
• 5 or more years work experience in BPO/KPO work environment as an Operations Manager; mixture of experience (client services, project management/transitions, Operations Manager) is an advantage
• Management experience with proven track record of managing milestones and deadlines
• Stakeholder management experience
• Willing to work different shifts, weekends, overtime hours
• Willing to work in Makati and willing to be assigned to work in different sites
