MARKETING/SALES ASSISTANT
Qualifications- College Graduate (any course).
- With good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to do field work.
- Ability to handle basic reports and documentation.
- Preferably with experience in housing, property management, or related work (but not required).
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the housing or subdivision office.
- Assist homeowners, tenants, and visitors with inquiries, concerns, and basic requests.
- Record and monitor reports or complaints related to housing concerns and endorse them to the proper department.
- Help in documentation, filing, and updating housing records.
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other staff regarding issues in the area.
- Assist in site visits, inspections, and other housing-related activities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
