STORE SUPERVISOR (SM MALL OF ASIA)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure to manage store operation and people in the absence of Branch manager.
2. Ensure to hit overall targets in the absence of Branch Manager.
3. Ensure to hit individual targets as assistant Branch manager.
4. Ensure to manage irate customer and execute proper escalation of concerns.
5. Ensure complete stocks and ensure daily updates of inventory to all sales personnel.
6. Ensure to conduct a regular product training in the store based on new products in the store and for sales personnel.
7. Other related duties.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least 2 years work experience leadership or management experience
• Availability to work at any time of the day and at the hours necessary to open and close the store, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, apply skills, and train and develop staff
• Ability to be on the feet most of the day, or moving on the sales floor
