About the Role:
As a CBRE Procurement Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating procurement activities for facilities-related goods and services. This includes sourcing, purchasing, and contract management to ensure that the organization's facilities needs are met in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.
What You’ll Do:
- Procurement Planning - Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet facilities-related needs; Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers.
- Sourcing and Procurement - Source and procure goods and services such as buildings materials, equipment, and maintenance services; Develop and manage bid solicitations, requests for proposals (RFPs), and requests for quotations (RFQs)
- Contract Management - Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers; Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Inventory and Management - Manage inventory levels and track stock levels of facilities-related supplies; Conduct inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Reporting and Analysis - Provide procurement data and insights to stakeholders; Analyze procurement spend and identify areas for cost savings.
- Vendor Management - Vendor selection, evaluation and onboarding; Performance management and vendor risk management.

About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or any related field.
- Facilities Management Background required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Amenable to work full onsite in Taguig City
- Can start ASAP
