Customer Care Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting appropriate eyewear, responding to inquiries, processing sales, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. This role also includes basic product knowledge of optical lenses, frames, and accessories, and coordination with optometrists when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs.
- Provide guidance in selecting eyeglass frames, sunglasses, and lenses based on style, prescription, and lifestyle.
- Answer questions related to eyewear products, lens types, pricing, and promotions.
Sales & Transactions:
- Process sales using POS systems and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Handle cash, card, and insurance payments.
- Upsell accessories such as lens cleaners, cases, and warranty packages.
Product Knowledge & Support:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current eyewear trends, lens technologies, and product availability.
- Explain lens options (e.g., anti-glare, photochromic, blue light filter) in simple terms.
- Coordinate with optometrists to assist customers with prescriptions or appointments.
Inventory & Display:
- Organize and restock display shelves with frames and accessories.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory.
- Ensure display areas are clean, attractive, and customer-friendly.
After-Sales Service:
- Assist with frame adjustments, minor repairs, and fittings.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, or warranty claims professionally.
- Follow up with customers for order pickups or prescription updates.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent; additional training in customer service or retail is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, optical, or healthcare customer service is an advantage.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Willingness to learn optical product details and customer service best practices.
Working Conditions:
- Store or clinic-based; standing for extended periods may be required.
- Interaction with a wide range of customers, including elderly or vision-impaired individuals.

(Aside from Quezon City, there's a lot of area included in the scope of deployment. It includes also all of the cities under National Capital Region and Central Luzon).
