Posted on 20 April 2026- Directs assistant manager and supervisors assigned in the area.
- Approves or recommends expenditures and manpower requirements.
- Represents the department in departmental meetings with other groups.
- Identifies items for improvement, sets targets for the department, cascade them to the department members.
- Directs the section activities and ensuring acceptable level of performance making sure that specific work schedules and objectives are met.
- Prepares the periodic budget of the department.
- Appraises the Assistant Manager, reviews appraisal of Engineers, Technicians and Operators.
- Prepares and submits required reports.
- Develop and reviews improvement programs for the section. Set targets and cascades for all members of the section.
- Plans, organizes and controls manpower allocation of the section.
- Develops and maintains internal partnership with other sections to facilitate and support production and process requirements.
- Recommends / implements cost saving program of the section.
- Possess bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and strong proficiency and fluency in foreign languages in Mandarin and Nihongo.
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating information and solving complex problems.
- Advanced mathematical skills for developing new processes and products.
