Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores or branches.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
- Monitor sales, labor costs, inventory, and overall profitability.
- Analyze operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in the food and beverage, restaurant, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, food safety, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel and visit multiple branches as needed.
